if you want to catch spam, use a spam filter (spamassassin, dspam,
bogofilter, ...)
if you want to catch viruses, use a virus filter (clamav, kaspersky, ....)
if you need a virus filter in relay mode, try clamsmtp. This will
happily complement your dspam relay.
